Video: A look at our work at AUTOLAB

We often get the same question: 'What does your work actually look like? What do you do with the control unit once you have the car?' Words aren't always enough, so we decided to show you the process. In this video, you will see real work taking place at the AUTOLAB workshop, captured on a phone in one take, without any staging or special effects. ## What you see in the video There is no studio lighting or polished advertising here. It is just a typical workday at our workshop in Varna: performing diagnostics and working on car electronics the same way we do every single day. - A real-time process, not a 'post-production result.' - The same equipment and the same techniques our specialists use daily. - An honest format: what we do, why we do it, and in what order. ## Why we show the process Working with electronic control units isn't based on guesswork. Before any flashing or repair, we read the unit, check its condition, and only then do we make changes. This process might not be the fastest, but it is predictable: the client knows exactly what will be done and when to expect the results. The video is a simple way to demonstrate this without long explanations. Watch the clip and decide if this approach is right for you. ## See the full version The full version of the video lives on a separate page: video from the AUTOLAB workshop. If you have any questions about your car after watching, please send us the make, model, year, and VIN in a request, or give us a call: +359 87 638 0188. Diagnostics always come first: identify the cause, then apply the solution.
