Automotive Electronic Module Repair
Diagnostics, repair and recovery of automotive electronic modules, including ECU, TCU, ABS, FRM and BCM. We check the module's condition and assess whether repair is possible. Removed modules from other cities are accepted by prior arrangement.

Describe your electronic module problem
Provide the vehicle, module type and symptoms. Your name, phone number, e-mail, problem description and handover method are required to submit the request. VIN and photos are optional. The form is for an initial review, not automatic confirmation of a repair.

Electronic modules we assess
We work with engine, transmission, braking and body control modules. The operations available depend on the part number, hardware, software and type of damage; we check suitability before accepting a module.
ECU
Engine control: module diagnostics, repair and software recovery, including recovery after interrupted or failed programming where the module supports it.
TCU
Automatic and automated manual transmission control, including DSG: electronic checks and supported software operations. Any required post-installation adaptations are performed on the vehicle.
FRM / FEM / BCM
Lighting and body function modules for BMW and other makes: diagnostics, repair, data recovery and transfer to a compatible module.
BSI / BDC / SAM / UCH
Body and multiplex modules for Peugeot/Citroën, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Renault: electronic checks and data recovery according to the specific module.
ABS / ESP
Electronic braking and stability control modules: diagnostics and repair assessment. Coding, adaptation and on-vehicle checks may be needed after installation.
Airbag / SRS
Post-collision module inspection and processing of recorded data where permitted for the specific unit. This does not replace repair and inspection of the complete safety system.
Gateway
Communication modules for VW/Audi and other makes: checking communication with the unit, repair and data recovery according to the fault found.
Instrument cluster
Instrument cluster diagnostics and repair, plus immobilizer data recovery and transfer on supported models.
For a module not listed here, send photos of its label and describe the problem so we can check whether we can accept it.
Hardware repair and software work
After diagnostics, we assess whether the job requires board repair, memory reading or recovery, programming, cloning or data transfer to a compatible donor unit. Not every operation listed is available for every module.
- Unit diagnostics
- ECU repair
- Recovery after a failed flash
- Programming
- Unit read-out
- Control Unit Cloning and Data Transfer
- Data transfer
- Software recovery
- Disabling/modifying software functions
- Coding
- Adaptation
- Unit unlocking
Only supported operations can be performed on a removed module. Coding, adaptation or synchronization that requires communication with other vehicle systems is carried out on the vehicle. A bench check does not replace the final check after installation.
From enquiry to module return
We first review the information and agree on acceptance. Repair feasibility is assessed from the diagnostic findings.
- 01
Complete the request with the vehicle details and explain when and how the problem occurs. Add the module part number and photos if available.
- 02
We review the details, clarify missing information and confirm whether we can accept the module for diagnostics.
- 03
After confirmation, bring the module in person or send it by courier as agreed.
- 04
We check the module's condition and the available options. We carry out only the agreed operations within the module's technical limits.
- 05
When returning the module, we explain the outcome and any checks, coding or adaptations needed after installation on the vehicle.
Information that helps the assessment
- Vehicle make, model, year and engine; VIN if known.
- Module type and manufacturer, or photos if you cannot identify it.
- Clear label photos showing the part number and hardware or software version, where marked.
- Fault codes and diagnostic reports, if available.
- Symptoms, conditions and previous interventions: repairs, water ingress, interrupted programming or module replacement.
You do not need to diagnose the fault yourself. For example: 'BMW F30, 2015, 2.0 diesel, vehicle will not start after programming.' Describe what you observed and attach photos; the cause needs to be checked, not assumed from the description alone.
Before handing over or shipping the module
An enquiry does not guarantee repairability
Before accepting a module, the specialist reviews:
- the vehicle make, model and year;
- the module's purpose and condition;
- the part number and available HW/SW versions;
- the processor and memory type where needed;
- the supported access method and protocol;
- whether the requested repair or programming is possible;
- whether suitable equipment is available for this module;
- whether a donor module or on-vehicle work is needed.
An initial review is not a final diagnosis. If repair is not possible, we discuss the findings and potential next steps without promising to recover every module.
Handover and shipping
- Removed modules from other cities are accepted by prior arrangement.
- Do not ship the module until you receive confirmation and handover instructions.
- Check in advance whether the original unit, a donor module or additional components are needed.
- Module return and any actions after installation are agreed according to the findings.
