Is your DSG DQ200 losing hydraulic pressure, entering emergency mode or refusing to shift? We inspect the mechatronic unit and assess repair options.

What we do

We inspect the DSG DQ200 mechatronic assembly as a whole: hydraulic pressure, the pump, valve body, electromechanical components and the electronic transmission control unit (TCU). If we find an electronic fault, repairing the control unit may also be part of restoring the mechatronic assembly. After the agreed repair, we check the unit's operation. Removed mechatronic units can be accepted by prior arrangement.

Transmission fluid during an on-vehicle repair

If the vehicle comes to our workshop, we remove and reinstall the mechatronic unit and replace the fluid in the transmission circuit affected by the repair. On the DSG DQ200, the mechatronic unit and the mechanical gearbox have separate fluid circuits, so the work depends on which part is being repaired. If a removed mechatronic unit is brought in or sent by courier, the service does not include changing fluid in the vehicle.

Important

Diagnostics determine which parts of the mechatronic assembly need repair. If additional programming, software flashing or cloning is required, we agree on that separately. Clutch replacement is a separate service. We confirm repair feasibility, scope and price after inspection.
