AIRBAG RESET V31.58 and BATTERY RESET V30.39 Update

Added support for new SRS part numbers for crash data reset, DTC diagnostic functions, and PORSCHE BMS support.

The software update includes an expanded list of supported AIRBAG RESET units (over 200 part numbers) for various vehicle makes. Read/Erase DTC functions have been added for specific units. The BATTERY RESET module now supports PORSCHE BMS systems based on SPC5644B processors via JTAG mode.
