AUTOLAB — computer diagnostics and automotive reprogramming

AUTOLAB is a professional service for in-depth computer diagnostics and reprogramming of vehicle electronic systems. The site brings together everything a car owner needs: DTC error-code decoding with a built-in AI assistant, service selection by fault symptoms, online booking and a diagnostic request form. The VarnaAutoLab partner portal for workshops and auto electricians also runs here.

The service is built for two audiences. The first is car owners who want to understand what is happening with their car and quickly find the right service: chip tuning, DPF / EGR / AdBlue systems, immobilizer repair, key programming, ECU replacement and cloning, mail-in laboratory ECU repair, crash-data removal after an accident and activation of hidden vehicle features. The second is professional partners: through their dashboard they request work on removed electronic units and parts, track progress and receive job documents.

Behind AUTOLAB is a practising auto-electrician and diagnostics specialist with more than six years of experience, including two years working as a Mechatroniker in Germany. All work is performed on professional licensed equipment, and technically complex processes are explained on the site in plain language — with everyday analogies instead of jargon, so every customer understands what they are paying for.
